This map shows that the Neolithic sites of Windmill Hill, Avebury, Silbury Hill and West Kennet marked Perseus.
Silbury Hill is Europe's largest man-made mound.
In Chinese astronomy, Perseus, for the shape of its stars, is known as Ta Ling, "the Great Mound."

Wansdyke marked the Milky Way.

Marden, Woodhenge, Stonehenge and Winterbourne Stoke marked the Pleiades.

Whitesheet Hill, the Knowlton Circles (also known as the Knowlton Rings), Hambledon Hill, Pimperne and the Dorset Cursus marked Taurus.
The village Pimperne takes its name from Celtic pimp pren, allegedly meaning "five trees", the number of megalithiic sites here marking Taurus.

The Nine Stones of Winterbourne Abbas, Martin's Down, Maiden Castle in Donchester, Kingston Russell, Came Wood in Chalbury and the Cerne Giant marked Orion.

The Combe Gibbet Barrow marked Triangulum.
